"I had been struggling with neck pain, tension and limited motion for a long time when Sabine recommended craniosacral work in my mouth. I was open to anything at that point because I had tried chiropractic, acupuncture and traditional massage with little improvement. Wow! What an impact working in this way made. Sabine was able to reach and release the points that were at the root of my neck pain, providing me the most complete and lasting relief I have experienced."

"Sabine and her work have given me my life back. I am 77 years old and have fibromyalgia. As I get older the fibromyalgia has become more of a problem. About a year ago when I had just come home from a long trip, I was hurting in every part of my body. After assessing the problem, Sabine used her knowledge of the craniosacral method. Fully clothed, I could actually feel the pain leaving my body. Sabine has used a variety of massage techniques with me and has decreased my pain; eased my tendency towards anxiety; and helped me greet each new day with enthusiasm and a smile. I have discussed this with my family physician. He respects Sabine’s work and encouraged me to continue with regular appointments with her, as needed. His words were, “none of us know all of how the body works. We can help each other help you feel better. "

"I have received CranioSacral Therapy from Sabine for over one year and it has been life transforming.  I feel through her treatments I have been able to identify better with my authentic self and am forever grateful to her for this.  Her work has truly been life changing for me."

Craniosacral Therapy

60 minutes / $100

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a very non-invasive, light touch approach that addresses the central nervous system and the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid. By interrupting the body’s chronic stress signals and patterns, this gentle hands-on therapy effectively releases tension deep in the body thereby enhancing the body’s ability to self-correct.

CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease. It is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction. It is appropriate to help alleviate:

A session generally lasts about one hour, with the client remaining clothed and lying face-up. No oils or creams are used. CS1 is suitable for deep relaxation, pain relief and integration. CS2 training allows the practitioner to work deeply within the cranium, suitable for relieving migraines, sinusitis, neck pain, TMJ pain and more. SER - somataemotional release - addresses deeper layers of trauma by working with tissue memory and energy cysts.

Sabine Morgan has been offering craniosacral therapy in her practice since 2007. She has completed studies through SER1, with completion of SER2 coming in October, 2015. She is an Upledger IAHE Teaching Assistant for CS1 & CS2 and is a study group leader for fellow practitioners in Bozeman. John has been offering CS1 techniques in his practice since 2014, and will complete CS2 in June, 2015. For more information on practitioners in your area, please visit: www.upledger.com

CST was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger after years of clinical testing and research at Michigan State University where he served as professor of biomechanics.

According to the National Headache Foundation, approximately 28 million Americans suffer from migraine headaches. Often, migraines are triggered or exacerbated by stress and poor sleep. In a study published in the Annals of Behavioral Medicine, researchers found that participants who received bodywork like CST had a better quality of sleep and fewer migraines vs. participants who didn't. Effects even lasted for several weeks after therapy ended.

Our skills are tailored to each individual, with no routine. We check-in through out a session to make sure you are comfortable and the depth of treatment is appropriate.
